Before using the C.CADDY Kit, you must:

• Read and understand the Safety & Use section of these Terms.

• Read and follow all instructions supplied with the kit.

• Follow the instructions for each activity before attempting it.

• Inspect all components before every use.

• Do not use any component that appears damaged, worn, defective or unsafe.

• Ensure your training area is clear, stable and suitable for the activity.

• Keep sufficient space between yourself, other people, objects and obstacles.

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Start at an appropriate level and progress only when you can perform the activity safely and with control.

• Stop immediately if the equipment appears unsafe or if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort or feel unwell.

• Ensure children are appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Do not modify, alter or use the equipment in a manner that is inconsistent with the supplied instructions.

8. Safety & Use

Intended Use

The C.CADDY Kit is designed for general movement, coordination and physical activity training.

It is not a medical, therapeutic, physiotherapy or rehabilitation device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any injury, illness or medical condition.

The training guide and any associated tutorial videos or online content are provided for general training and educational purposes only.

They are not medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or other health professional advice and are not tailored to your individual age, fitness, capability, health, injuries, medical conditions or circumstances.

Individual Ability

Every individual has different levels of fitness, coordination, experience, mobility and physical capability.

Any difficulty ratings, training suggestions or progression recommendations provided by C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd are general guides only.

They do not take into account your individual circumstances, physical condition, training environment or surroundings.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Safe Training Environment

Always use the C.CADDY Kit in a clear, stable and suitable environment.

Before beginning an activity:

• Remove obstacles and hazards from the training area.

• Ensure there is adequate space around you.

• Check that the surface is suitable and stable.

• Keep other people, pets and objects clear of the training area.

• Ensure adequate lighting and visibility.

• Check all equipment for signs of damage or excessive wear.

Equipment Inspection

Children

Keep the equipment away from very young children when it is not being used.

The C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd training guide, online Training Vault, videos, tutorials and other training materials are provided for general educational purposes.

The availability of training content does not constitute medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, personal training or other professional advice.

C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd does not guarantee any particular training, coordination, fitness, skill or performance outcome from using the C.CADDY Kit or associated training materials.

9. Assumption of Risk

By using the C.CADDY Kit, you acknowledge that physical activity and equipment-based training involve inherent risks.

You are responsible for using the equipment appropriately, following the supplied instructions, assessing your surroundings and exercising within your own capabilities.

You should not use the equipment in circumstances where doing so would create an unreasonable or foreseeable risk of injury to yourself or another person.
