If a parcel is returned to C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Any additional delivery costs may be payable by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.
We will work with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
To assist with an investigation, we may ask you to provide:

11. Authority to Leave and Safe Delivery
Where a customer selects or authorises an authority-to-leave or similar delivery option, the customer acknowledges that the parcel may be left at the nominated location without a signature.
Customers are responsible for selecting a delivery location that they consider reasonably safe and secure.
Where a carrier leaves a parcel in accordance with the customer's authorised delivery instructions, C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd will not be responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact C.CADDY Group Pty Ltd as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly or wait until the parcel is returned before alternative delivery arrangements can be made.
