What Is C.CADDY?
At C.CADDY, we believe training should be about more than just lifting heavier, running faster or completing another workout. It’s about building the foundations of movement and finding those little improvements that can make a difference in how you perform, play and move every day.
Our C.CADDY Co-ordination Kit is designed to bring more variety, creativity and play into training. Using simple equipment and engaging drills, you can work on skills such as hand-eye co-ordination, reaction time, balance, timing and body control.
The best part? You don't need a complicated setup or an entire gym full of equipment to get started.
Our kits are portable and versatile, making them suitable for a range of environments, from the gym floor and backyard to the park, sporting field or your next team training session.
We love seeing people discover new ways to challenge themselves, and Battle of the Ages is the perfect opportunity to experience C.CADDY in action.

Why Include Co-ordination Training in Your Workouts?
When you think about training, strength, endurance, speed and conditioning might be the first things that come to mind. But co-ordination is another important part of how we move.
From catching a ball to reacting to a teammate's call, movement involves different parts of the body working together. Adding co-ordination drills to your routine can give you another way to challenge yourself, develop movement skills and break up repetitive training sessions.
Here are a few reasons to give it a go.
1. Challenge Your Reaction Time
Many co-ordination drills require you to respond to a visual cue, a moving ball or a partner's instruction. You need to pay attention, process what is happening and react.
These activities can add a different challenge to your training and encourage you to think on your feet.
2. Work on Hand-Eye Co-ordination
Catching and throwing exercises are simple ways to practise tracking an object and controlling your movements. You can start with basic catches and gradually introduce different distances, directions or partner challenges.
The result is a training activity that can be adapted to different experience levels.
3. Add Variety to Your Training
Sometimes, the best way to refresh your routine is to try something different.
Co-ordination drills can be used as a warm-up, a short training circuit, a partner challenge or an activity between workouts. They can also bring a competitive element to your session without requiring a full workout.
4. Bring More Play Into Movement
Training doesn't always need to feel serious. Adding games, challenges and friendly competition can make movement more engaging.
That's a big part of the C.CADDY philosophy: combining purposeful practice with the enjoyment of play.

More Than Just a Gym Workout
Although C.CADDY is a great addition to athletic and gym-based training, our kits aren't designed for one type of athlete or one training environment.
Coaches can use co-ordination drills to introduce variety into team sessions. Athletes can incorporate ball work into their individual routines. Friends can challenge each other to beat a score, while families can use the equipment for active play at home or in the park.
There are opportunities to get creative with the equipment and adjust activities to suit different ages, abilities and goals.
At Battle of the Ages, we're looking forward to meeting people from across the fitness community and showing them how something as simple as a ball and a few markers can create a range of fun and challenging activities.
You might even discover a new favourite drill to take back into your own training!
C.CADDY Camo Hats Are Coming Along Too
Of course, we're not arriving at Benton Gym with co-ordination kits alone.
We'll also have our beloved C.CADDY camo hats available at the event. 🧢
Whether you're looking for a new cap to wear to the gym, out and about or while supporting your mates at competitions, come and check them out.
Our camouflage hats bring the C.CADDY look beyond the training equipment, giving you another way to represent the brand and be part of the community we're building.
If you've been eyeing one off online, this is your chance to see them in person.
Could There Be a Handball Court?
Now for the fun part.
There may even be a handball court available for a little friendly competition and a cool-down after your heats! 🤾
Because while Battle of the Ages is all about pushing yourself and putting your training to the test, we reckon there should always be room for a little fun, too.
Handball is a great way to get people involved, bring out everyone's competitive side and enjoy some movement outside the main event.
Whether you're keen to challenge your mates or simply have a hit between heats, keep an eye out when you visit our stand.
We'll be bringing the C.CADDY spirit along with us, and we hope you'll get involved.
