When it comes to preparing for performance, it’s often the little things that make training more engaging. And recently, C.CADDY made its way onto the international stage, with the Aussie Spirit softball squad using our Co-ordination Kits as part of their warm-up routine in Japan.
We love seeing C.CADDY out in the real world, being used by athletes and teams who understand the value of movement, preparation and finding new ways to challenge themselves.
Having the kits used by Australia's national women's softball squad is a moment we're incredibly proud of, and another example of how co-ordination training can fit into different sporting environments.

Taking co-ordination training overseas
The Aussie Spirit's Japan Tour provided selected athletes with an opportunity to train and compete against elite Japanese opposition, gaining valuable experience in a high-performance environment.
With international competition comes the need to prepare, stay switched on and get ready for the demands of the game. Warm-ups are an important part of a team's preparation, helping athletes get moving and ready for the session ahead.
That's where activities using C.CADDY can add a different element to the routine.
Our Co-ordination Kits are designed to make movement training engaging and adaptable, using balls and markers to create activities that challenge hand-eye co-ordination, reaction, timing and body control.
Whether it's a quick partner activity, a ball-handling challenge or a drill that gets athletes thinking while moving, the aim is to make co-ordination training accessible, practical and easy to incorporate into an existing session.
Why co-ordination matters in softball
Softball is a fast-moving sport that requires athletes to respond to what's happening around them. From tracking the ball and reacting to a play to moving into position and making quick decisions, athletes rely on a combination of physical skills and awareness.
Co-ordination activities provide another way to practise movement and reactions outside the usual drills.
With C.CADDY, coaches and athletes can mix things up through activities that encourage them to watch, react, move and respond. The drills can be adapted to suit different groups, experience levels and training environments, making them a useful addition to warm-ups and broader movement sessions.
And because the kit is portable, it can travel with teams, from the local training ground to trips away from home.

Built for athletes, coaches and teams
At C.CADDY, we believe co-ordination training shouldn't be limited to one sport, one gym or one type of athlete. We created our Co-ordination Kit to give people a simple, practical way to work on the foundations of movement. With four rubber balls, six flat training markers and access to our Training Vault, the kit gives coaches and athletes a range of ways to build activities into their sessions.
From boxing and AFL to functional fitness, team sports and everyday movement, the possibilities are shaped by the people using it.
Seeing the Aussie Spirit squad put C.CADDY to use in Japan is exactly what we love about this community. It's about getting the equipment into the hands of people who enjoy training, challenging themselves and finding creative ways to prepare.

Proud to be part of the C.CADDY community
We're stoked to see C.CADDY travelling with athletes and teams and becoming part of their training routines.
A huge thank you to the Aussie Spirit squad for putting our kits to use during their Japan trip. We love seeing how different athletes and coaches bring their own approach to co-ordination training, and we're excited to keep sharing more of these moments from across the sporting community.
Different sports. Different environments. One shared love of movement.
