At C.CADDY, we’re all about finding new ways to move, challenge ourselves and bring a little more play into training. Our ongoing collaboration with G-Force CrossFit is an exciting step in bringing that philosophy to more athletes and gym communities.
It was a pleasure to hand over our very first C.CADDY Team Sample Kit to @gforcecrossfit as part of their 16th birthday celebrations. We’re stoked to see the crew getting hands-on with the kits, testing out the equipment and finding ways to incorporate co-ordination training into their sessions.
Glen and Rom have been huge supporters of what we’re building at C.CADDY, and having them on board as we continue to develop our team training offering means a lot to us.
But this is just the beginning. We’re looking forward to seeing how the G-Force community puts the kits to use and how co-ordination drills can add another element to their training.

Why Co-ordination Training Belongs in the Gym
CrossFit training is known for combining strength, conditioning, gymnastics and functional movements. Athletes are constantly challenged to move efficiently, maintain control and adapt to different exercises and demands.
While traditional workouts often focus on strength, endurance and power, co-ordination training offers another way to challenge athletes and introduce variety into their routines.
Co-ordination involves the ability to organise and control body movements effectively. It plays a role in everyday activities and a wide range of sports, from catching and throwing to changing direction and responding to visual cues.
Introducing simple ball-based exercises into gym sessions can provide a different type of challenge, encouraging athletes to focus on timing, reaction, balance and hand-eye co-ordination.
And the best part? You don't need to overhaul your programming to make it happen.
A few minutes of co-ordination work can be incorporated into a warm-up, used as a partner activity or added to a team session for a change of pace.
Introducing the C.CADDY Team Kit
Our C.CADDY Co-ordination Kits were created to make co-ordination training accessible, versatile and fun.
The individual kit includes rubber balls, flat training markers, a training guide and access to the C.CADDY Training Vault, which features online video tutorials to help users learn and practise different drills.
Our team kit takes that concept into a group training environment, giving coaches and gyms more equipment to work with when introducing activities to multiple athletes.
Whether it's a quick partner challenge or a group-based drill, the equipment can be used in a variety of ways to suit different training environments and experience levels.
For gyms like G-Force CrossFit, this opens up opportunities to add something different to existing sessions without requiring a complicated setup or a large amount of additional equipment.
The goal isn't to replace the training athletes already love. It's to introduce another tool that can complement their sessions and keep them thinking, moving and engaging with their training partners.

5 Ways to Use C.CADDY Kits in CrossFit Training
One of the things we love most about the C.CADDY kits is how easily the drills can be adapted to different settings. Here are five ways coaches and athletes can start incorporating co-ordination training into their gym routines.
1. Partner Reaction Drills
Partner-based exercises are a great way to introduce an element of unpredictability into training.
One athlete can throw, drop or direct a ball while their partner reacts and attempts to catch it. Coaches can change the starting position, distance or direction to create different challenges.
These drills encourage athletes to stay focused, respond to visual cues and work on hand-eye co-ordination.
2. Ball Drop Challenges
Stand opposite a partner holding a ball at shoulder height. Without warning, one person releases the ball while the other attempts to catch it before it hits the ground.
Start with one ball and progress by changing hands, increasing the distance or introducing multiple cues.
It's a simple activity that can be used as a warm-up or a quick challenge between workouts.
3. Marker Movement Drills
Flat training markers can be arranged in different patterns to create movement challenges.
Athletes can move between markers in response to a partner's call, combining footwork with quick decisions and controlled movement.
Coaches can adjust the patterns and pace to suit the group, making the drill useful for a range of fitness and experience levels.
4. Partner Catch and Move
Have two athletes pass a ball back and forth while moving between designated markers.
As they become more comfortable, introduce different passing directions, movement patterns or verbal cues.
This activity combines movement with catching and throwing, encouraging athletes to coordinate their actions while paying attention to their partner.
5. Team Co-ordination Challenges
For a more social approach, divide the gym into teams and set a simple ball-handling challenge.
Teams could complete a sequence of catches, passes or marker movements, aiming to finish the challenge accurately or within a set time.
These activities create opportunities for friendly competition and teamwork while giving athletes a break from their usual training structure.
The key is to keep the drills adaptable, prioritise good technique and make the activities enjoyable for everyone involved.

Building a Community Through Movement
Our collaboration with G-Force CrossFit is about more than simply supplying a gym with equipment.
At C.CADDY, we want to build a community around movement, co-ordination and the idea that training can be challenging without losing its sense of fun.
Seeing Glen, Rom and the G-Force crew embrace the kits is exactly what we hoped for when developing our team training range.
Gyms and sporting clubs are great environments for introducing new challenges because people can learn from one another, share ideas and push themselves in a supportive setting.
Partner drills encourage communication. Team activities create friendly competition. New exercises give athletes something different to work towards.
These small additions can help bring fresh energy to a session and give coaches more options when planning engaging training activities.
We're excited to continue working with G-Force CrossFit as the team puts the kits to use, explores different drills and discovers how co-ordination training can fit into their sessions.
